Obituary of Betty Ann Nabors

Betty Ann Propst Nabors, 83 of Woodsfield, Ohio formerly of Morgantown, WV passed into the arms of the Lord on January 17, 2013.
She was born February 24, 1930 in Morgantown, WV. She was the daughter of the late Earl Henry and Alice Jane Buchanan Propst.
For many years, she was a member of the Moffett Fletcher United Methodist Church in Woodsfield, Ohio, while residing in Morgantown she attended the Drummond Chapel United Methodist Church.
During her younger years, Betty was employed at G.C. Murphy's in Morgantown. She enjoyed reading, writing, crocheting and enjoyed spending time with all of her grandchildren.
Betty is preceded in death by her husband, Oliver Perry Nabors. They were married 57 years when her loving husband joined the Lord.
She also was preceded in death by three brothers and four sisters.
Betty is survived by her three loving children-Linda (Nabors) Davis (60) of Woodsfield, Ohio, Daniel (59) of Barnesville, Ohio and Donald (59) along with his wife, Elizabeth Nabors of Granite Springs, New York.
Betty was the beloved grandmother of Thomas Davis and fiancée Billie Hartley of Farmington, WV, Rachel (Davis) Donell and husband Thomas "Bud" Donell of Mannington, WV, Nikki (Nabors) Kovalcheck and Miranda (Nabors) Emerson and husband Johnny Emerson, all of Morgantown, WV.
Betty is also survived by five Great-Grandchildren who she dearly adored Chance(8), Trent (6), Chloe Elizabeth (5), Gavin (2) and Colton(1) all of West Virginia. One sister, Delores Propst Clark and brother-in law Frank Clark of Machipogo, Virginia. She was truly loved and will be missed by many.
The family will be receiving friends at Hastings Funeral Home, 153 Spruce Street, Morgantown, on Sunday January 20th from 1-5p.m. Visitation will continue on Monday, January 21 from 10am until the time of the funeral service at 12 (Noon) with Pastor Joseph Weaver, Jr. officiating.
Burial will follow in Beverly Hills Memorial Gardens, Westover.
