Obituary of Roger Dale Mills

Roger Dale Mills, 57, a loving husband, father, son and grandfather who resided in Sabraton, passed away Sunday, December 29, 2013 at his residence. He was born in Mann, WV on July 22, 1956, the son of Johnny Mills and Wilma Jean (Fulk) Mills who both survive him in Morgantown. IN addition to his parents, survivors include his wife, Melanie Hope Saxon Mills; his children, Sean Allyn Mills of Morgantown and Brandii Jean and husband Troy Scott Linn of Fairmont; his grandchildren, Kyler, Alexzander, Nikolas Mills, and Kaden and Zayne Linn; a sister, Linda Moles of Morgantown; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by a brother, Michael Haun Mills; a niece, Melissa Jean Miller, and his maternal and paternal grandparents. Family and friends will be received at Hastings Funeral Home, 153 Spruce St., Morgantown on Friday, January 3rd from 11 AM until the time of the funeral service at 1 PM with Pastor Dan Meadows officiating. Interment will be held privately for his immediate family. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Roger Dale Mills Memorial Fund, C/O Clear Mountain Bank, 1889 Earl Core Rd., Morgantown, WV 26505.
