My dear friend Nancy, you were such an inspriation to me, more than you ever knew. I am so glad that you were my friend and I will never forget your many kindnesses and the way you made us all laugh during the days we worked together and also during our many lunches and celebrations over the past 30 years. We will miss you so much. Deepest sympathies to you, Chuck, and to all of Nancy's loved ones.

Hi Chuck,
I'm so sorry to hear about Nancy's passing. We don't get the paper so we missed the news when it occurred. Cathie must have heard about it at work today because I only just learned from her. Please know that you're in Cathie's and my thoughts. If there's anything we can do, please let us know. We're so very sorry for your loss.

May the family find comfort in loving memories, and in knowing that God is "close to those that are broken at heart; and he saves those who are crushed in spirit." (Psalm 34:18) Our loving Creator, Jehovah God, has promised to soon "swallow up death forever...and wipe the tears from all faces." (Isaiah 25:8) With deepest sympathy. Dear Chuck,
I was so saddened to read of Nancy's passing. We worked together (her desk was located directly in front of mine) for a time when we were on High Street and both writers for the National Small Flows Clearinghouse. I have fond memories of Nancy and particularly enjoyed her humor, intellect, love of animals and gentle nature.
I was unaware of her health condition and am sorry I didn't have a chance to see and chat with her again more recently. It's been many years now since our paths last crossed.
My condolences, thoughts and prayers are with you.
Sincerely,
Diana Knott Martinelli

Chuck,
Please accept my deepest sympathy. I have known Nancy since we first worked together at the Health Sciences Center back in the late 1980s. Then, we worked together again at NESC for many years. I appreciated her friendship and our lunches so much. We would get together and reminisce about all of the crazy times we had. She was so unbelievably brave throughout her illness, which I told her many times. She was one of a kind.
And Nancy, dear friend, I will miss you so much. May God bless you and keep you.

Such a vibrant life, filled with creativity, enthusiasm, dedication to causes, humor, sturdy principles, endless curiosity and learning, love of plants and animals, and of the sea, where you now shall rest. It was a privilege to know you and work with you, Nancy. Now we have memories, which we will long share with Chuck. Thank you for all the years of friendship and sharing.
