We are so very sorry to hear about Joes passing.
We have so many funny, wonderful memories of Joe, and know how much he will be missed. A light has gone out in Morgantown. We will never forget him.

Joe was a great guy, I'll always remember hanging out with him and Kathy during the years I worked at The Dominion Post, with Kathy. We always laughed a lot and had a great time. I miss those days and I'll miss Joe.
