Gerald Ray Poe age 45 of 115 Overton Circle Princeton departed this life on Sunday, January 17, 2016 at Ruby Memorial Hospital following a short illness.
Born March 7, 1970 to the late Phyllis Mae Woody Poe. In addition to his mother he was preceded in death by brother Donald Lee Shupe.
He is survived by brother Major Greene Shupe and wife Susan of Springfield MA. Sister Cheryl Shrewsbury and husband Stephen of Princeton. Nieces, Jessica, Chloe and Claire. Nephew James Stowers and special great nephew Jayden Baguidy. Special friends Doug and Diane Casey and Robbie Smith.
His body has been cremated as he desired.
Memorial service will be held at First Church of the Nazarene, 1400 Stadium Drive, Bluefield Saturday, February 6, 2016 at 5:00p.m. with Pastor Gary Jakes officiating.
