Nancy Ellen Weber, 48, of Morgantown, WV, passed away on February 3, 2016 at Ruby Memorial Hospital.
Nancy was born in Teaneck, NJ, to Robert and Gloria Weber on April 14, 1967. She attended Dwight-Englewood School in Englewood, NJ, and graduated in 1985. She went on to earn a B.A. in English from Oberlin College and an M.A. in Rhetoric from NYU. Nancy was a warm and loyal friend and a true lover of the arts, especially music. She was happiest when singing, swimming, or spending time with children. Her sense of humor and imagination were appreciated by everyone who met her. She is survived by and will be greatly missed by her parents; her two sisters, Susan Weber and Barbara Boustani; her nieces, Lillian Madsen and Audrey Boustani; her nephew, Theo Madsen; and many, many close friends. She is preceded in death by her husband, Marek Rachowiecki. She will live in our hearts forever.
Cremation services have been entrusted to Hastings Funeral Home, Omega Crematory in Morgantown. A memorial service will be held at St. John’s University Catholic Church, 1481 University Ave., Morgantown on Saturday, March 5, at 9:00 a.m.
