Phyllis Eileen Jenkins, 88, of Morgantown, passed away Monday, October 9th at her residence.  She was born April 18, 1929 in Morgantown, a daughter of the late Quincy and Elsie Proudfoot Weatherholt. 

Mrs. Jenkins attended Living By Faith Church in Brookhaven and retired after 25 years from the WVU Animal Science Department.

She is survived by three children, John Jenkins, Randy Jenkins and his wife Carol, and Dianna McBride and her husband Carroll; grandchildren, Evan Jenkins, Heather Jasmin, and Matthew McBride; and great grandchildren, Joshua Jasmin, Claire McBride, and Lillian McBride.

In addition to her parents, she is also preceded in death by her husband, Ray Clark Jenkins; brothers, Floyd, Ellis, Denzil, and Harold Weatherholt; sisters, Marie Patt and Evelyn Coulter.

Friends and family will be received at Hastings Funeral Home, 153 Spruce St., Morgantown, on Friday, October 13th from 12 Noon until the time of the funeral service at 1 PM with Rev. David Tomer officiating.  Interment will follow at Beverly Hills Memorial Gardens.
