I knew Tim when I worked at Morgantown Nursing & Rehab. He had the sharpest wit and great sense of humor, and would love to give his opinion on everything and anything. He will be missed.

Cheryl and Tim's family
I am so very sorry to hear of his passing, but know that he is now at peace with our almighty. Tim was a friend whom I had not seen for several years but when we did it was always a joyous time catching up. Tim was always a friend who was a straight forward person who would give you a different view to consider on subjects we were discussing. Thanks for all the laughs and your friendship.

Smooth sailing from here on, my trusted and dear friend. I cherished our friendship and the "life experience" advice you provided me; your lessons are not forgotten. I regret not getting a chance to say goodbye, but then, that is often the case. Too seldom in life do people come together that mean something to one another, and I felt your love and concern. You guided me when I was a "green" lawyer, just out of school, and by your conduct, demonstrated to me what one is to do as an attorney and still be true to one's conscience. In a world where lawyers are often viewed as "shysters", you showed me how to be honorable. That is a gift. You and Cheryl are in my prayers.
