Wednesday, April 3, 2019I knew Tim when I worked at Morgantown Nursing & Rehab. He had the sharpest wit and great sense of humor, and would love to give his opinion on everything and anything. He will be missed.

Monday, April 1, 2019Cheryl and Tim's family I am so very sorry to hear of his passing, but know that he is now at peace with our almighty. Tim was a friend whom I had not seen for several years but when we did it was always a joyous time catching up. Tim was always a friend who was a straight forward person who would give you a different view to consider on subjects we were discussing. Thanks for all the laughs and your friendship.

Thursday, March 28, 2019Smooth sailing from here on, my trusted and dear friend. I cherished our friendship and the "life experience" advice you provided me; your lessons are not forgotten. I regret not getting a chance to say goodbye, but then, that is often the case. Too seldom in life do people come together that mean something to one another, and I felt your love and concern. You guided me when I was a "green" lawyer, just out of school, and by your conduct, demonstrated to me what one is to do as an attorney and still be true to one's conscience. In a world where lawyers are often viewed as "shysters", you showed me how to be honorable. That is a gift. You and Cheryl are in my prayers.
