Jerry Lee Clere, 81 of Cheat Lake passed away July 7, 2019, at Ruby Memorial Hospital.

He was born on February 27, 1938, in Sharon, WV the son of the late Virgil and Muriel Clere.

He leaves behind four children, Marshall Clere of Arizona; Jimmy Clere and wife Anna of New Zealand; Kenneth Clere and wife Toni of Greenville, SC; daughter, Crystal Musgrove and her husband Steve of Grafton, WV; Six grandchildren, Christopher; Rebecca; Katie Rose and Carolyn Jo Clere; and Joshua and Jordan Musgrove.

Jerry was retired from the United States Air Force where he served his country for 21 years.

In addition to his parents, Jerry is preceded in death by his wife of 52 years Katherine "Kay" Clere.

A private family graveside service will be held at the WV National Cemetery in Pruntytown, WV
