Peyton was the emcee and auctioneer at the Arthurdale Heritage Elimination Dinner in April. He was entertaining, smart, funny, and just an all-round great person. Don’t know how he kept the bids straight but he did! I have never bid at an auction before, and I am very shy. But due to Peyton’s encouragement, I kept raising my arm to bid! It was wonderful since the money went to AHI! At the end, Peyton came up and introduced himself to us. He told me that I did well in my bidding. Blessings and prayers for the Brown Family.

Peyton left a lasting impression on me with his thoughtful responses and sensitive writing as junior in my Honors English class at UHS. My heart goes out to his grieving family, especially his mom, a valued colleague and friend. A contribution to the UHS scholarship fund in his memory will follow.

I love the Browns so much and am honored to be related to him. I was always impressed with Peyton as he always seemed kind and very calm in person no matter when...truly a warming vibe and presence. I know he will be missed very much and my thoughts and heart is with my family at this time.

I’m so sorry to hear the news about Peyton. We grew up as rivals in youth basketball, then became good friends in college as we shared many engineering classes together. We often rode together to class in the morning and I am thankful for Peyton as he helped me get through college. He even changed the brakes on my car. He was truly a great friend and had a big heart. Gone but not forgotten. My deepest condolences to Regina, Chelsea, and his parents and others who loved him. Peyton will be missed by many!
