My sincere condolences to "Charlie's" family --- Charlie and i went our separate ways as the years rolled on but whenever we ran into each other or played a few songs together --- it was always fun ---- He helped me be a much better guitar player --- and a person --- i will never forget all the fun we got into or out of ---RIP Charlie ----- Cal
