Kenneth Vincent Clarke, 77, of Morgantown, passed away Thursday, March 19, 2020 at his home. He was born February 21, 1943 in Bronx, NY, a son of the late Charles Clarke and Lillian (Borrelli) Mitchell and her husband Robert. Mr. Clarke was a member of St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church. He worked in Healthcare IT as a Chief Information Officer and was a healthcare IT consultant until his retirement 5 years ago. In his free time, he enjoyed golfing, bowling, boating, skiing, hiking, working in his yard and was also very handy around the house. He is survived by his wife, Kimberly F. Clarke; children, Charles Clarke and his wife Maria-Ines of Colorado, Kenneth Clarke, Jr. and his wife Peggy of New York, and Ekaterina Clarke of Maryland; grandchildren, James, Samantha, Mackenzie, and Charles Clarke; a sister, Carole Larson of Pennsylvania; a step sister, Elise Finn and her husband Clyde of New Jersey; and nephews, Colin McKiel, Bruce McKiel, Zachary Foizey and his wife Ambria, along with many other beloved nieces and nephews. In keeping with his wishes, cremation arrangements have been entrusted to Hastings Funeral Home. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the family has chosen to celebrate his life with a memorial service & celebration of life at a later time with details to be announced. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church, 1 Guthrie Lane, Morgantown, WV 26508. Online condolences may be made at www.hastingsfuneralhome.com
