My deepest sympathy goes out to the friends and loved ones of Frank. I knew him from growing up in Westover but really got to know him at UHS. He will be missed and I hope in the due course of time that all find peace and comfort in God’s decision to take him from us.

So sorry to hear of Frank's passing. Him and Kathy where so good to Libby and Foster. Thursday was the day for a plate of cookies for Libby and a beer with Foster. Its the little things that made their day. Such a kind, thoughtful man. May God wrap his arms around all of you at this difficult time.
