Delores Audia, 91, of Star City, passed away at her home on Thursday, July 30, 2020. She was born in Morgantown on February 6, 1929, the daughter of the late John and Ann (Deusenberry) Perry. Delores was a lifelong residence of Star City and a lifelong member of St. Mary Roman Catholic Church. She served the Monongalia County Clerk's office as Fiduciary Clerk for 30 years before her retirement in 1994. She was an avid reader, loved travelling, and enjoyed her children and grandchildren. Delores is survived by her children, Beverly Archer and husband, Stephen, Kathy Kerin and husband, Mike, Michael Audia and companion, Cheryl Hook, and Johnna Pegg and husband, Tim; five grandchildren, Gina White and husband, Jared, Jason Messenger, Christopher Archer, Alexandra Anderson and husband, Eric, Jonathan Audia and fiancée, Sara, and Alexandra and Jonathan's mother, Maureen Audia. In addition to her parents, Delores was preceded in death by her husband, Peter "Pete" Audia, and sister, Joan Meeker. Friends and family will be received at St. Mary Roman Catholic Church on Monday, August 3, 2020 from 10 a.m. until the Mass of Christian Burial at noon with Father John McDonough as Celebrant.
