I am still shocked by the untimely passing of Pam. I worked with her at CVS. She was so friendly, caring, funny, and kind. She would always talk about her family especially her son and grandson. She will be missed. Thoughts and prayers to her family, friends, and co-workers.

We moved to Morgantown in January 2014 from the DC Area. We drove a car and a U-haul on 68 in a blinding snow storm at night. We arrived to our rental late and we were met by Pam. She was so kind, so friendly. We were grateful she waited for us with our keys because we had spent all afternoon on the road and we were going to spend the night on our apartment floor in sleeping bags. Pam said, "Welcome to West Virginia! This is what we do here."
We will never forget her welcoming words as we relocated to a new state and a new community. It's a story we'll tell forever when we recount how we came to Morgantown.
We are very sorry to hear of Pam's passing and we hope her family and friends find peace during this time.

It is hard to believe that Pam has passed away. She was one of the most wonderful ladies I had ever met while living in Morgantown. I will remember her with a big smile and open arms, always there to cheer me up and let me know that if I need something while I'm a student at WVU, she will help me. I'm sad and shocked. May her loved ones find the strength to go through these rough times.

My husband and I rented from her for a couple years while getting our Doctorates at WVU. She was a wonderful human...caring, kind, funny, and compassionate. I always looked forward to her visits to Starbucks when I worked there. She was a shining light in the world. The best landlord we have ever had.
Our deepest condolences go to her family. Know she is very missed and much loved.

I am so shocked to hear about the sudden untimely death of Pam. She was a wonderful person, always smiling and ready to talk. I always admired how hard she worked and all the different things she did-working at the pharmacy, working at her rentals and doing real estate. She never complained. May God give her family the strength to bear her loss.

I considered Pam a wonderful friend, and person. It was because of Pam's caring nature, and willingness to help, that I was able to ace my real estate final exam. We have been calling each other every so often to just chat about how things were going, and what's new. I value Pam's opinion, and trust in her judgement. My heart is broken, but I know Pam is looking down, telling me to stay the course. My thoughts and prayers are with her family, and loved ones.

We are terribly saddened to learn of Pam’s passing. In the six and a half months we got to know Pam, her kind and caring personality radiated. Moving into one of her rental properties, she made us feel so welcome and genuinely cared for. We will miss seeing her driving by and stopping to check to see how we were doing - a lot of times with her grandson in tow. She never hesitated to let us know that if we needed anything, she was only a phone call or text away. We send our deepest condolences to Pam’s family. You all are in our thoughts and prayers. - The Francis Family.
