Obituary of Kathleen Diane Smith

Kathleen “Kathy” Diane Smith, 58, of Westover, passed away on Wednesday, December 30, 2020, the daughter of the late Russell Dwayne and Dorothy Mildred (Sullivan) Pierce. Kathy was known for her deep and devoted love for her children and grandchildren along with her dog, Daisy. She also loved her great nephew, Prayson, very much. She will no doubt be missed by her family. She is survived by her children, Charles William Smith, Jr., and Carl Martin Kendall; grandchildren, Hunter and Cloe; sisters, Elsie, Bonnie and Penny; two brothers Harold and Gus; nieces, Bonnie, Angie and Jenny; and nephews, Kenny, Robert and Joey. In addition to her parents, Kathy was preceded in death by sisters, Gladys and Dorothy. According to her wishes, cremation services will be provided by Hastings Funeral Home/Omega Crematory. Due to Covid19, there will be no visitation at this time. A memorial service to honor her life will be announced at a later date.
