Sue and Family
For so many years in my childhood/teenage hood I walked to Mrs. Welch's house to meet Sue and Barbara so we could walk/drive to school together. Mrs. Welch was always kind and funny and supportive of our teenage madness. Much love to you Sue and your family.

We are so sorry for the loss of Katie. Knowing what Alzheimer's does to take the person away before they leave this earth, God's mercy is seen. (Ken's mom also had Alzheimer's and passed away on Jan.2, 2021).
Aunt Katie was one of the sweetest persons I have known- never an unkind word (even when sometimes deserved!). She was a special lady. With all our love and prayers. Nancy(Pitzer) and Ken Allen and family.

Katie was one special lady. She always had a smile on her face. I will remember all of the hugs she gave me when I was around her. We had some good laughs and she was loved by everyone who knew her. Rest in Peace Katie my friend. You will be missed.

Since Rod and Donnie have been friends their entire lives and lived around the corner from each other, I got to know Katie shortly after meeting Rod many, many years ago. I also got to know her and Dutch from church and they were both always kind and friendly to me. It's never easy to lose a parent but I am thankful that she is now in Heaven with her God and Dutch. Memories are what keep our loved ones in our hearts and I am sure you have lots of them to keep you smiling for a long time. Debbie & Rod Blehschmidt

I will always remember our summers with Aunt Katie and Uncle Dutch...stories of growing up on the farm, swimming, Katie's wonderful cooking, Dutch's basketball finger, and great fun at Cacapon. Though I haven't seen any of you in many, many years I will always remember my time growing up with you. Katie is whole now and Dutch has his girl back with him again.
