I'm very saddened to learn of Mike's passing, my heart goes out especially to his wife, daughter and grandchildren, I'm so sorry for your loss. Mike was a GREAT friend. We played in several bands together (Smokehouse) during our high school and early college years. During our time at MIZZOU I have so many great memories of us playing cards late into the night when we should have been studying, and buzzing around columbia.

My husband and I knew Michael through working with him at Carpet One over the years and from General Glass prior to that. We knew when we walked in the door we had a friend we looked forward to seeing. Besides trusting him to guide and help us as customers, we had a special bond with him in the Lord. He was always smiling, always gracious, always helpful, and always cheerful.
We will feel this loss greatly! Please know our deepest sympathy at this sudden loss.

I’m sure I’m not the only person who noticed that Mike made you feel good every single time you spoke with him. I enjoyed every conversation I ever got to have with him. I’m so glad I had the privilege of knowing him. God bless you all. My heartfelt condolences to your family.
