My deepest sympathy to all of Billie's family. It's been nearly a quarter of a century since I last talked with Billie. I worked with her at WVU Admissions and Records. Her love for and knowledge of gardening was amazing! What a lovely person. Cared so much for the students. RIP Billie!
I have fond memories of Billie and her girls, as do my mother and daughters. MY heart goes out to each of her family members, who will certainly miss that smile. Peace and comfort to each of you.

Billie was my supervisor when I started working at Admissions and Record in 1983. She also made all of my flower arrangements for my wedding including my boutiques in 1987. Rest In Peace, Billie!!!
