We are truly saddened by your passing. I am so happy that we were able to connect about 20 years ago. I enjoyed working on the family tree with you and the wonderful people you introduced me to in America and Italy. I will never forget you, old friend. You were like another grandfather to me. I am glad that we were able to visit you and your family many times over the last 20 years. It was such great pleasure that you were able to meet Giulia in 2016 who was named in part for your sister. I will never forget our many conversations, your insights, the dinners with you and Mabel, the family reunion, Stefania's visit, and many other wonderful times together. We were glad that we were able to speak to you on the phone a few months ago for one last time. We love you and will miss you. Your family is in our thoughts and prayers.
