Goodbye Dad. Thank you for working so hard to support your family by working both in the Air Force Reserve and at the WVU School of Dentistry. Thank you for giving mom 63 wonderful years of marriage. You told me after your heart attack and stroke in mid July, that you were eating at a table with 4 other people and once you saw mom, you couldn't see anyone else after that. After awhile mom felt the same about you. You went on a couple of dates before you met mom in college, but they were not the genuine person. You said mom was beautiful and you liked her red hair. When you saw her on campus (Drake University) she always said, "Hi," or "Bye" to you. When you went home with mom to meet her parents, her mother made the comment, "Now, that's more like it." RIP Dad. Job well done. We cherish the last precious months we had with you. We promise to take care of mom as you requested when you knew your time was near. Love, Nina
