I was saddened to learn of Junior's passing. Some of my fondest memories of Mountaineer games have him in them. His spirit and sincerity touched all those who knew him. May you find comfort in the memories that you have of Junior.

Junior was my childhood classmate, friend, and fellow First Ward resident who grew up in a tough environment.Being a bigger child he faced some harsh criticisms. Being a Mountaineer brought him strength and confidence.He was kind and sincere when he spoke and for that he made us better. He may have been a junior on name but he was second fiddle to nobody. Junior had such Mountaineer spirit. He was a joy to be around. He is in heaven starting an alumni group and smiling upon us. It was a pleasure to know you, Junior. Hod bless you always.
My condolences and sympathy to you at this time. I went to high school and college with Junior and he was a great friend. On of the best memories I have of Junior was when a friend of ours and I were able to convince him of a new college course called SED 106. His reaction to our stunt was priceless. He will always remain dear to me.
I’ll always remember Junior as a kind, generous, loving person. He always spoke to my husband and I and we enjoyed talking about the Lord. He’ll be greatly missed. “Love you guys”
A good and kind fellow. He was, and remains, the leader of “Taylor’s Raiders”. Good journey my friend, and thank you for making the road a little easier for us all.
