Obituary of Samuel Edward Hose, Sr.

Samuel Edward Hose, Sr., 70, of Morgantown, passed away Saturday, January 8th in Morgantown. He was born November 18, 1951 in Monongalia County, a son of the late Rose Hose Sr. and Isabell (Walker) Hartzell.
He worked for Suburban Sanitation for 40 years and in his free time, loved to hunt and fish.
He is survived by his children, Samuel Hose, Jr., and Jennifer Hose; siblings, Roy Hose, Jr. and his spouse Carolyn, Mike Hose and his spouse Wilma, Margaret Hartley and her spouse Jim, Mary Teets and her spouse Bill, and Sandra Ball and her spouse, Perk Biser; and special nephew, Ralph Triplett.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, Debra Kay Hose and two sisters, Sarah Poling and Lora Lee Hose.
A graveside committal service will be held at Summers Church Cemetery off Halleck Rd. on Friday, January 14th at 11 AM with Dr. Lindsey Guinn officiating and Hastings Funeral Home has been entrusted with arrangements.
