Harold Gay Robinson, 56, of Morgantown, passed away on Wednesday, January 26, 2022, at his residence. He was born on October 3, 1965, son of Shirley Viola (Blaney) Robinson and the late Otis Gay Robinson in Morgantown. Harold worked at Beverly Hills Memorial Gardens and always known as a hard worker. In his pastime, he loved fishing, hunting and spending time with his friends. He was known as a selfless man but at the same time, he had “no filter”. Those he didn’t care for, they knew it, and those he cared for, there was not doubt, they knew it as well. He was survived by his loving mother, Shirley Viola (Blaney) Robinson; friend, Candy Rowe; children, Leslea Robinson, Chelsey Laudermilch; siblings, Tammy Smith, Adam Robinson, Timothy Robinson and David Gibson; half-sister, Sherry Hart; nieces, Dalenna and Amanda; and great nephews, Mia, Kole, Emily and Kinley. In addition to his father, Harold is preceded in death by his son, Sean Robinson and nephew, Thomas Rowe. Friends and family will be received at Hastings Funeral Home, 153 Spruce Street, Morgantown, on Wednesday, February 2, 2022, from 4 – 8 p.m. In accordance with his wishes cremation will follow.
