Mary and I remember Thool as a kind and generous man. We enjoyed his many visits down here to Bridgeport when he was still driving, going to restaurant's, eating out, talking & solving the problems of the world. Also we had very enjoyable visitations at his home after he stop driving. This picture is from last summer when we visited him and was able to be outside in the warm sunshine. It was an enjoyable but sad visit.

When it comes to uncles you were the best. I remember as a little girl you and Marion taking me to the movies and to your house to play, you always liked to tease me and I loved you so much. You were also a very good brother to my Dad too, I remember him saying that you and him had never even had an argument in your life and that shows how much you cared for one another. You will be missed by so many people that loved you. RIP Uncle Thool
I always knew my uncle as uncle Thool. I have memories of visiting him and Marion, Deb and Sandy when I was little with mom and dad. I can still remember how nice Thool always was to me. I went to see him at his home a few years ago and then on December the 15 for his birthday. Last thing I said was I’m going to come visit you again in a couple months and bring Tim and told him I loved him and he said love you Bren and I’ll be seeing you. So sorry Deb and Sandy and Everyone he was one of the greats. One more thing he told me the story of him carrying my dad home which miles because he was sick that’s just what kind of great man he was. I’ll forever miss and love you. Brenda McDonald Brooks
