My heart broke a little this morning when I saw that your mom had passed away. (These comments are mostly directed towards Dennis.) I remember her as being vivacious and caring..and she always welcomed me into your home, even though I may have only been another disruptive teenager. Those were certainly halcyon days, and I’m sure that, because of her generosity (“Franquini”‘s, too), I’m not the only one wishing to relive them, if only for 15-minutes
I’m only guessing here, but I think she would smile & thank her Creator for having lived such a long, vital life and to have been blessed with such a wonderful, caring family.
My heart goes out to you..and I hope, as I suspect she would hope as well..that you remember the 1000s of happy times you spent together. Also remember: she’s always going to be around you..you just won’t be able to see her

Dear Denise, Danny, and Dennis and my forever friend Mary Anne,
I was so very sorry to get the news that your dear very sweet Mother had died. Roseanne was my wonderful next door neighbor when I lived on Bates Rd. in Morgantown. We talked often over the fence and she was always so upbeat and active. I remember her telling me about the card games at her home. She was a terrific cook and often I was the recipient of those delicious Banana coconut pies or maybe it was just cream pies. I just remember they were to die for. I love living next door to her and Frank b/c fun and a lot of laughs were always on the menu. I always kept track of her after I moved to Missouri and then on to Georgia where I now live....NE of Atlanta in Canton, GA. My sister, Mary Louise Fragale lived on Killarney Drive also where your Mom moved after selling her home. So I was able to see her when I visited Mary Louise.
I remember they both came to my wedding and I was so honored to have them there. Mary Anne visited them often, and that way I got to see Mary Anne more often. As you know, Mary Anne was my childhood friend and we stayed in touch forever over the years.
I know Mary Anne was heart broken when she lost her Aunt Do, as she was the one who gave me the sad news. She told me she called her every morning at 8 am. I think Roseanne was like a second Mother to her.
I just want to end by saying that I know she lived a long wonderful life, BUT "NO TIME ON EARTH IS LONG ENOUGH TO SHARE WITH THOSE WE LOVE. OR TO PREPARE OUR HEARTS FOR THAT LAST GOOD-BYE." Sleep well, dear Roseanne and may you Rest in Peace.
With Love and Prayers,
Joanie Summers

My deepest and heartfelt sympathy to Denise, Dennis, Asa, Danny, and Christina... extended family... and to all of us who loved her. Mrs. DeBiase was one of the most happy and content women I knew. I knew Mrs. DeBiase my whole life. She was like a mother to me. She had a smile that melted my heart, eyes that sparkled approval, arms that hugged the pain away and wrapped me up in love and joy. She was a beautiful gift, small in stature, wrapped up and addressed to each of us with love.
Roseann DeBiase: loving daughter and sister, devoted wife, wonderful aunt, adoring mother, loving, kind, and generous friend. May she rest in peace.
Eternal affection,
Vickie Warner

I live across the street from Dennis and have heard many stories about his charming mum through the years
I know that many of the things I adore about Dennis he learned from his Roseann
His empathy for others, his delicious meals and his curiosity of life and people.
My condolences to his family
I will plant a fragrant herb used by Italinos and will think of his mom every time I use it for a meal.
Sending love

Oh how many very fond memories I have of my dear departed Aunt Roseann. She always made me feel special and her love for everyone just beamed from her eyes and in her kind words and gestures. Being around her just made one feel loved and special. I can still envision her and my Uncle Frank when they both got around my Father and Mother. It was truly good times with laughter and telling stories of long ago. Long ago when life in the Morgantown area was always special among this "original DeBiase generation" when visitation from house to house was the norm. My wife Pat and I will always cherish those loving times of which Aunt Roseann was always smiling and asking how we both have been doing as well as asking about our children and parents. Her love for family and life just radiated while being in person with her. It is comforting to know that now she is without sickness or pain and has been reunited with Uncle Frank and all of those who preceded her in leaving this life on earth. Prayers for comfort and peace to Dennis, Denise, and Danny in these grieving times. God Bless

Dear Dennis, the DeBiase family, and friends of Roseann, I am one of the lucky ones who had the opportunity to meet Roseann, and even cook her a meal -- a great honor -- when she visited Dennis and Asa in California, along with Christina and Danny. She was a lovely and extraordinary person and a generous spirit. You will miss her, no doubt, but she will always be with you.
Much love and sympathy, Diane Olberg
