My deepest condolences to the Prete, Morgano, and Sutter families.
In working with Jim for over 30 years, I found him to a man of great integrity.
He was honest, straight forward and a no-nonsense business man that I held an appreciation for, he would not beat around the bush.
He had a great acumen in business and politics: We discussed this much in our conversations.
In his construction work he would not cut corners.
As an example if a project called for 4" drainage he was more comfortable with 6" which he implemented and mentioned to me in a few conversations. In other words, quality in construction was imperative.
He gave me many good ideas in areas of Real Estate and construction that I have used.
At one point in the last few years he was nice enough to order me subscriptions to Kiplinger's and Bottom Line Personal Magazines, which I greatly appreciated.
He had a long and productive life that anyone would admire.
Will miss or in-depth conversations we had in these and many other areas.
May you rest in peace Jim, you will be missed.
