Jennifer S. Jones, 57, of Morgantown, passed away on Tuesday, August 2, 2022, at her residence. She was born on February 28, 1965, daughter of Kathleen (Lonergan) Sutter and the late Richard P. Sutter. Jennifer received her Bachelor of Arts degree at West Virginia University, where she studied Linguistics specializing in French. In addition to fluent French, she also spoke Russian and Portuguese. She had many passions, including art restoration, gardening, carpentry, and gourmet cooking. She was known by her family as a wonderful homemaker and mother. In addition to her mother, Jennifer is survived by her children, Lauren Michaelle Jones, Colin Thomas Jones, and William Tyler Jones; grandchildren, Andrew Henry Dequasie and Thomas Arthur Dequasie; siblings, David W. Sutter of Mountain View, CA and Paul G. Sutter of Pittsburgh, PA. A graveside service is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, August 9, 2022, 11:00 a.m. at Eden United Methodist Church Cemetery in Stewartstown with Rev. Kirk Haas officiating. In lieu of flowers, family encourages donations to be made in Jennifer's behalf to Morgantown Community Kitchen.
