Obituary for Mary Louise "Sis" Pancoast Mary Louise "Sis" Pancoast was born in Morgantown, WV on October 9, 1944, and passed away peacefully at home on December 11, 2022. Sis was a remarkable cook and enjoyed preparing meals for family and friends. Mary was predeceased by her loving husband of 56 years, Floyd "Buzz" Pancoast III. She was also predeceased by her mother Ruby Shaffer, Father Earl J. Wolfe, stepfather Howard Shaffer and daughter Sharon Gray. Mary is survived by her sister, Sandra Bower, and her husband Paul Bower, by her son Floyd Pancoast IV and his wife, Malissa, daughter Paula Wyatt and her husband, Sam Wyatt, daughter Terri Bowser, daughter Lisa Pancoast and her partner Roger Collins, fourteen grandchildren, and 33 great grandchildren. Friends and family will be received at Hastings Funeral Home, 153 Spruce St., Morgantown, on Thursday, December 15th from 11a.m. until the time of the service at 1 p.m. with Rev Michael Brown officiating.
