Q: How did you meet Betty?
A: I met Betty when I went to Las Vegas to visit Matthew Goodwin. Matthew wasn’t at home when I arrived. So Betty got a photo album to show me pictures of Matthew. She was such a lovely lady. Made me feel welcome. Betty opened up the photo album. And all the pictures where Matthew had been. Were cut out. Matthew had cut them up to send to me. And I felt so badly that he had just cut himself out of the photo’s. Betty wondered what had happened to the photo’s. I was so shocked at what Matt had done. I was at a loss for words. Betty always liked hearing stories I
would tell about Matthew. I know Matthew is so very happy to have his Mom with him again. My thoughts and prayers are with the Goodwin family.
