I am Al's son-in-law and have known him for over 30 years. We had a great relationship likely because we shared so many common interests, the United States military, our country, WVU and Steeler football, cars, a good steak, and even a little beer, but most importantly because we loved the same woman...although in vastly different ways...Alisa, his daughter, and who is my lovely wife. Alisa was crazy about her dad. And Al was even crazier about her. They had that special bond that every father dreams of. Thank you for being a wonderful husband to Pat, father to Alisa, and father-in-law to me. I plan to find you one day and ask my mother to cook a big meal for both of us. She would like that and I'd bet you would too.
