Carol Jean Lynch, 80 passed away naturally on Monday, January 9, 2023 in Lehigh Acres, FL her home since the 1970’s companion to her father William F. Lynch. Aunt Jeanie grew up in Star City, WV graduating from St. Francis High School. She retired from Lee Memorial Hospital working as an accounting specialist. During retirement she and her sister Joan McArdle traveled the country along with VIP passes at Disney World Orlando. Aunt Jeanie is survived by her loving sister Joan Lynch McArdle of the original family. Nieces and nephews are Gary McArdle, Rebekah Lynch-Kantes, Emmett McArdle, Kevin McArdle, Lynda Lynch, Dan Lynch, Debra Lynch, and Theresa Lynch Rokov. Many great nieces and nephews, cousins, family, and friends are included with loving thoughts. She was preceded in death by parents, William Francis Lynch and Mary Edith Madden Lynch. Older brother and sister-in- law, William “Bud” Russel Lynch and Lou Lynch also brother-in-law Roy H. McArdle and nephew Ed McArdle along with older brother Edward D. Lynch. There will be a graveside committal at Beverly Hills Memorial Gardens on Friday January 20th at 1 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Ursula’s Food Pantry & Outreach, PO Box 18, Pursglove, WV 26546.
