Dewey was a proud member of Rotary International and Motorcycling Rotarians and was a Paul Harris Fellow. Through Rotary Youth Exchange, Dewey and Linda served as host parents to Morten (Mette) Fisker and Andreina (Garrett) Ballester-Nieto.
