My relationship with Steve and his family started many many years ago when Horton Ford changed hands and my company was looking for someone to service our trucks. Horton was great but I literally struck "gold" with Steve Conners.
In addition to being a great maintainer of all things trucks, we became friends, of course, as well as business associates. Our chats in his shop, with him in his stool were many........and fun. And needless to say, anything I took him "broke" came back "fixed. It was a pleasure working with him.
My son Justin and I extend our sincere condolences to Bob, Bobby, Steve's wife and family.
His life meant a lot to you guys. Please know that his life, professionally and personally, meant a lot to others too.
Rest in peace Steve........ you certainly earned it.
