I only knew Bob when i was in high school with Joe and he would take us to our golf tournaments. He was a very good influence for a young person to be around and i have fond memories of the time spent with him. God Bless the Payne Family...Jad DeAngelis
I remember Bob from Emanual Baptist Church! His humor and wit always brought a smile to many of us. Really nice man and Mary Lou his wife, I remember fell head over heels in love with him. They were such a cute couple. We will meet again some sweet day! God bless, Debbie Robison
I am so sorry to hear of Bob's passing. The Payne family were our neighbors and friends. I always thought Bob was the most handsome man I knew! I am glad thst "when we all get to heaven, what a day of rejoycing that will be."
