Obituary of Julie Beth Willard

Julie Beth Willard, 39, of Morgantown, passed away on Friday, June 2, 2023, at Mon Health Medical Center. Julie was born on April 7, 1984, the daughter of Vickie Willard and the late Richard "Rick" Willard. Julie was always a kind, caring, and compassionate person to those around her. She loved spending time with family and friends, especially her nieces and nephew. Julie liked to listen to music from the 60s and 70s and wore tie-dye clothing similar to her favorite eras of music. Julie also had a deep love for animals which was shown through the love of her fur baby Momma Kitty. In addition to her mother, Julie is survived by her brother, Tommy and his wife Emily; two nieces Addison and Emma; one nephew, Charlie, all from Masontown; grandmother, Irma Goff, of Seymor, TN; aunts, Kathy Riffle of Morgantown; Lois Goff of Morgantown; Uncle Mike and his wife Michele Goff of Shermans Dale, PA; Connie Gennoy, of Fairmont; Kathy Osborne of Morgantown; Beverly and her husband Jim Pratt of Morgantown; Joyce and her husband Robert Eddy of Core, WV; and several cousins. In addition to her father, Julie is preceded in death by her grandparents, Ralph Goff and Mary Goff; Willis and Shirley Willard; aunt, Patti Billie; and uncles, John Riffle and Howard Goff. Friends and family will be received for a celebration of life at Hastings Funeral Home, 153 spruce street, Morgantown, on Saturday, June 24, from 3:00 pm until 5:00 pm. The family has kindly asked those attending to wear tie-dye clothing in honor of Julie.
