Perk was the first neighbor we met 21 years ago when we first moved to this community. Has been a great friend to us since that day. We are so sadden by her loss and will miss her greatly. She always had a way of keeping things fun and did so much to connect the community. Loved seeing her drive up on her golf cart to check on us.
