I knew Jess for about 7 years, met him while playing Red Dead Redemption online believe it or not... started chit chatting and realized we both lived in WV and really weren't far away from one another. On one of my ventures to Morgantown I had the privilege to meet Jess and Tori, some of the most kindest hearted people I've ever met! I considered Jess to be a friend and he will be deeply missed. My sincerest condolences to his immediate friends and family.

Jess was a good friend and we had a great time in Scouts and Wood Badge in the decade we were leaders together. He was truly a servant leader and made the world a better place through donating his time and talents to many worth while causes. He will be missed.
