Marsha Ann Mathess, 53, of Morgantown, passed away Monday, March 4, 2024 at her residence. She was born August 25, 1970 in Morgantown, a daughter of Wesley Keefover and step mother Cathy and the late Dixie Lee (Dailey) Clendenin. She was a graduate of Morgantown High School and West Virginia Junior College. Marsha was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan and loved spending time with her family and her dog, Gabby. She is survived by her husband, Chris Mathess; children, Ryan Dixon and Rachel Stiles and her fiancé Tavis Dudley; step daughter, Atlee Mathess; sister, Heather Sheridan; and step father, Lee Clendenin. In addition to her mother, she is preceded in death by her grandmother, Wanda Daily Davidson; grandfather, Tom Dailey; and step grandfather, Gene Davidson. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Nicholson Chapel, 1326 Summers School Rd., Morgantown, WV 26508. Friends and family will be received at Nicholson Chapel, 1346 Summers School Rd., Morgantown, on Saturday, March 9th from 10 AM until the time of the funeral service at 1 PM with Rev. Brady McDonald officiating. Interment will follow at Nicholson Cemetery.
