I am heartbroken to learn of Kim’s passing. She was my first boss. Kim created a safe, calm, professional and fun work environment in the autonomic neuropathy lab that reflected the focus and care she gave our precious patients. When I think back on that time it is with the deepest of gratitude and love. Kim was the big sister I did not have. A true light in this world that I will miss dearly. Dear Randy,
Kim was a sunshine in the hallways of HSC when we overlapped working there between 2007 and 2013. I loved listening to her calm and loving voice and respected how she always followed up with things! Her commitment to you, family and work, her compassion and encouraging smiles were contagious and will be remembered!
I am thankful to God for the gift of Kim.

Kim was one of the kindest and most thoughtful friends. She loved her family, friends and her cats. I have memories of church events, yard sales, painting walls, watching each other’s animals and so many more including her very precise lists and hand written instructions. Her latest act of kindness was watching ours son’s newly acquired chinchilla which is not something you could ask of just anyone and of course she agreed with a smile and a contagious laugh. I will never forget that smile and laugh and the way she loved her family and friends. She will be so missed.
