Harold Clinton Martin, 90, of Core, WV passed away Friday, December 20, 2024. He was born January 30, 1934 in Sunnyside, MD, a son to the late James and Fannie Martin.
Harold was a veteran of the U.S. Army, having served in the Korean Conflict. He faithfully attended the Morgantown Church of the Brethren and worked as an engineering technician for West Virginia University until his retirement.
He is survived by his loving wife, Algreta Martin; sons, William Martin (Mary) of Morgantown, WV, David Martin (Darlene) of Conway, SC, and Thomas Martin (Mavis) of Core, WV; as well as several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, Harold was preceded in death by sisters, Violet Fint, Mary Frances Beckman, Deane Beckman, and Ilene Fint; and brother, Wade W. Martin.
Friends and family will be received at Morgantown Church of the Brethren, 464 Virginia Ave, Morgantown, on Saturday, December 28th from 10:00AM until the time of the funeral service at 11:00AM with Pastor Wes Bergen officiating. Interment will follow at Eglon Community Cemetery in Eglon, WV.
