C. Joann Wolfe, 74, of Morgantown passed away Tuesday, January 5, 2016, at Monongalia General Hospital surrounded by her family. She was born in Morgantown on June 22, 1941, the daughter of the late Charles Finton McMillen and Mildred Ola (Nicholson) Morris McMillen. Joann was a loving wife, sister, aunt, and friend. She was a wonderful cook and enjoyed spending time with her family. She is survived by her husband of 49 1/2 years, Frank Lee Wolfe, brothers, Junior (Barbara) McMillen and Jerry (Mary) Morris and sister, Sharon Wolfe; special nieces, Kim Pyles and daughters, Amber, Amanda, and Andrea; Amy Jo Williams and children, Kayla, Dillon, and Garrett; sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, Goldie Lewis, Carolyn Chidester, Glenn (Linda) Wolfe and Raymond (Kay) Wolfe; Also survived by several aunts, nieces and nephews, cousins and friends. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by brother Darrell (Barbara) Morris, mother and father-in-law, Grant and Goldie Wolfe, brothers-in-law, Alfred Wolfe, Fred (Polly) Wolfe and Howard Wolfe. Family and friends will be received at Hastings Funeral Home, 153 Spruce Street, Morgantown, Friday, January 8th from 4-8p.m. Visitation will continue on Saturday, January 9th from 10a.m. until the time of the funeral service at 11a.m. with Pastor Mike Charlton Interment will follow in Nicholson Chapel Cemetery.
