James Kenneth Wymer, 70, of Stewartstown Road, Morgantown, WV, our beloved husband and father passed away at his home surrounded by family on August 27, 2012. James was born on July 19, 1942, in Morgantown, son of the late Elmer & Elizabeth Wymer of Stewartstown Road. James was retired from Local 379 Laborers Union of Morgantown and upon his retirement he enjoyed remodeling and traveling. James is survived by his wife of 49 years, Barbara Wymer, five daughters, Jamie & Thomas Osburn of Morgantown, Sandy Wymer of Baltimore, MD, Debra and Phil Schlobohm of Morgantown, Susan and Eugene Deem of Morgantown and Amy and Travis Minter of Hedgesville as well as 9 grandchildren. Friends & family will be received at Hastings Funeral Home, 153 Spruce St., Morgantown, on Wednesday, August 29, from 4pm until the time of the funeral service at 7:30pm with Pastor Wanda Brosky officiating. Private interment will be held Thursday morning, August 30th, for the immediate family at East Oak Grove Cemetery. Send condolences online at www.hastingsfuneralhome.com
