Martha V. Bowsher, 87, of Morgantown, passed away Friday, May 4, 2012, at her home.She was born May 15, 1924 in Cascade, Preston County, WV the daughter of the late Hazel and Stanley Katolsky.Martha worked for Sterling Faucet co. in Sabraton for 31 years.She is survived by her daughter, Linda B. Waycaster and husband Donald of Morgantown grandson Sean Blosser and wife Anita of Virginia granddaughter Kendra Blosser of Morgantown 3 great-grandchildren, Breunn, Thomas and Alana.She was preceded in death by her loving husband Thomas E. Bowsher, son Carl N. Caltuna, brothers Charles and Buddy Katolsky sister Edna Latusak Uphold.Friends may call at Hastings Funeral Home, 153 Spruce Street, Morgantown Sunday, May 6 from 1-5pm. Visitation will continue, Monday, May 7 from 9:30am until the time of the funeral service at 10:30 am with Rev. Craig L. Falkenstine officiating. Burial will follow at East Oak Grove Cemetery.In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Marthaâs memory to the Alzheimerâs Association of North Central WV, 1299 Pineview Drive, Suite 3, Morgantown, WV or Amedisys Hospice Services, 246 Cheat Road, Suite 3, Morgantown, WV 26508.
