Fo over 5o years Bonnie Lou Rockis and her family have been reliable and good neighbors to those of callen Avenue. Althopugh some of us resided in other blocks, we maintained friendship over time and enjoyed the compnay of one another when dining locally or meeting while on errands. To both her sons, John and Michael, who I attended school with know that my mother and I extend ourr prayers and condolences to you both at this time. Your mom served the area through her expert nursing skills and many recall her passionate care for her patients while performing her jobs. Many former residents now residing elsewhere still emphasize that Bonnie Lou Rockis was their relative's or theior own favorite nursing staff person. Those comments stem from her qualtiy nursing and anethesia training and education , but her not forgetting the human relations component essential also for the effective dispensing of medical care. Her late sister pEGGY poICKLE ALSO A NURSE SHARED THAT COMMON CARE FOR OTHERS. aT THIS TIME, MAY YOU RECALL ALL THE GOOD TIMES AND STORIES INVOLVING YOUR MOM, DAD AND FAMILY AND REFLECT UPON THEM OFTEN FOR COMFORT NOW AND IN THE DAYS AHEAD. HER LEGACY OF SERVICE TO OTHERS IS STILL EXEMPLIFIED IN THE ACTIVITIES OF BOTH HER SONS. SINCERE SYMPATHY TO LONGTIME NEIGHBORS. WEILL MISS MEETING/VISITING AT RUBY'S AND KETHCHY'S AND OTHER LOCALES.
