Elizabeth âLizâ Fatt, 92, of Morgantown, passed away Friday, June 17, 2011, at Sundale Nursing Home.Elizabeth was born in Lemont Furnace, PA on October 30, 1918, the daughter of the late John and Anna Medrick Fatt.She was a member of St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church. She worked at Seneca Glass Factory for 42 years. She is survived by her brother George Fatt and wife, Pauline of Baltimore, MD, a sister, Margaret Fatt of Morgantown and several nieces and nephews also nephew Joe Fatt, Jr. of Morgantown. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by brothers, Joseph D. Fatt, Sr., Steve Fatt, Paul Fatt and a sister, Mary Alexander and niece Joann Alexander. Friends will be received at Hastings Funeral Home, 153 Spruce St., Morgantown from 6-9pm on Monday, June 20. A scriptural wake service will be held at 7:30pm in the funeral home on Monday. Visitation will continue at St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church on Tuesday, June 21, from 10am until the Mass of Christian Burial at 11am with V. Rev. Mark G. Ward, CP, VF as Celebrant. Interment will follow at East Oak Grove Cemetery.
