Pap,I will miss you very much. You was a great grandfather to me and my brothers. It's just funny how life goes by so fast, it seems just like yesterday you and mammaw would come down every Sunday and eat dinner with us I'll never forget that. I have so many memories with you and mammaw. Everyone looked up to you, we all knew how good you were to everyone. I know your up in heaven with all your family that have passed away and been waiting patiently for you. We all know you,grandma and Kenny are shinning down on all of us to join you someday. I love you Pappy and I'll never forget you. May God bless!

Pudge was one of a kind. My mother asked him back in 1956 when she was dying if he would take her 5 children and finish raising them. Ages 6 yrs to 15 yrs old. He said yes to Mom. I love him so much for keeping all of us together. Later he had 6 children of his own. He is a great man. I will always love him. He was my Dad. Rest In Peace Pudge.

Pap, I miss you so much already. It seems so unfair that on Tuesday night you and I were joking of running people over with your hoverround and now you are gone. Nothing is ever going to be the same without you. But I have realized, you are where you have wanted to be since Grandma passed, with her. I'll see you guys another day! Rest in peace Uncle Pudge. I remember telling my uncle in the past that without him (and Aunt Marlene) I probably wouldn't even be here, or my kids. Taking in my Mom and her sisters and brother was such an amazing thing to do. They don't make many men like my Uncle Pudge. I'll never forget how he helped me get everything ready for my house. He was always good to me. I remember when I was a little girl and EVERY TIME we were at his house he'd give me a piece of gum...it's funny the little things we remember that mean so much. He will be missed :(
