Obituary of Linda Gillum

Linda Lou Gillum, 71, of Morgantown, WV, previously of Cleveland, OH, passed away Friday, April 19, 2013 at her residence. Linda was born in St. Mary's, WV, on August 23, 1941, the daughter of the late Clarence Reynolds and the late Doris (Ruckman) Reynolds. Linda was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother who loved nothing more than spending time with her children and grandchildren. She is survived by two daughters, Linda K. Groves Sheets and husband Jerry of Morgantown, and Ruth Gillum of East Liverpool, OH; nine grandchildren, Brain Gillum and wife Katie, Kevin Gillum and fiancé Toni, James W. Groves and wife Tish, Melissa Boring and husband Patrick, Candice Coulter and husband Greg, Jesse Groves, Mike Gillum and wife Trudy, Amanda Strewsberry, and Heather Gillum; three siblings, Jim Reynolds, Paul Foster, and Jane Reynolds; one daughter-in-law Sharon Johnson; and several great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one son, Alfred Edward Gillum Jr., and several brothers and sisters. In accordance to Linda's wishes cremation services were provided by Hastings Funeral Home. The family will be holding a memorial cookout at Candice Coulter's home, 217 Blue Ridge Lane, Morgantown, WV, on May 25th Memorial Day weekend in honor of Linda.
