Reverend Petso was such a loving caring woman. My mother, siblings and I were blessed to have her as our family friend and next door neighbor on Lawnview Drive for many years. She provided such love and support to us when our mother died and joined us in Hilton Head Island, SC to officiate at my mothers memorial service. We love her dearly and are so grateful to have known her. Our sincere condolences to her family. Our thoughts are prayers are with you Sincerely, Maggie Drake Clark and family

God took his Angel home. Mrs Petso was the most caring Christian lady I've ever met. When our mother died, she brought peace and comfort in her words and helped me and my four brothers and sister through a very difficult time. She is in Gods company now and I'm so very thankful this dear lady came into our lives that sad day. Our sincerest condolences to her family and friends.

Violet was always the epitome of Love, forgiveness and serving as we are meant to serve as taught in the New Testament. She was a true inspiration to all of us and she reflected God's love and Holy Spirit with every word and deed. I miss her and think of her often. Violet was one of my "silent mentors" when I entered appointive ministry. Her calm demeanor and her love for the Lord were a reassuring image for me as I was just coming into ministry. Heaven has gained a wonderful saint.
