Obituary of Margaret Virginia Lynch

Margaret Beatty Lynch, 92, of Morgantown, passed away Thursday, March 27, 2014, at Monongalia General Hospital. She was born April 10, 1921 in Cheat Lake, WV; daughter of the late John Beatty and Alta Sines Beatty Branigan and her step-father William Branigan. She was Methodist by faith. She graduated from University High School. She attended Heiskell Memorial Hospital Nursing School. She went on to work at Monongalia General Hospital for 27 years and retired in 1983. She is survived by her daughter, Sandra Walters and husband, William "Bill" of Morgantown; her grandson, David Walters also of Morgantown; her sister, Sarah See and husband Larry of Kingwood and a special niece, Kathryn Branigan of Raleigh, NC. In addition to her parents and step-father she was preceded in death by her brother, William P. Branigan. At the request of Mrs. Lynch a private service will be held for the family and the interment will follow in Arnettsville Cemetery.
